This app is nothing more then a glorified timer.I created this app because I am trying out a fast-paced workout involving me being on all four with my legs tucked in for step 1, my legs kicked out but still on all fours for step 2, legs tucked back in for step 3 and jumping up for step 4 and repeat.Do this for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in-between for a total of 4 minutes.I created this app to handle the timing for me, when the app says "Go", you start the workout, when it says "Rest" you stop.This app will tell you how many more you have to do, until eventually the four minutes workout is done.If you happen to do any workout with a total duration of four minutes with a ten second break in between, maybe you might find this app useful too.
